## Access

An authorized internal staff account, access to the Passage project, and a connected Slack account are required.

## Controls and limits

Review imported source text and suggestions before sharing updates with project members. Preparing or approving a reply does not itself authorize sending it.

Inspect the selected Slack thread and prepare project update suggestions. Show the source and saved suggestions for review. Do not apply updates or send a reply.

- Create a token under Personal MCP Access. The raw token is shown once. Revoke it in the same settings when no longer needed.
- Your account permissions and product access continue to apply. External provider OAuth consent remains a separate setup step.
- Call `robbclan_list_workflows` for the workflow map and use MCP `tools/list` for current tool schemas. A listed tool does not guarantee that your account can execute every operation.
- `robbclan_connection_health` is an optional tenant-admin diagnostic, not a general first-use requirement.

## Approval contract

Show the current saved proposal, obtain explicit user approval, call the designated approval tool, then read back the result. If the saved revision changes, review it again. Approval tools record the authenticated caller's decision; the agent client must obtain human consent and enforce its tool-approval policies.
