## Access

An approved internal staff account in a tenant is required. Project access rules still apply.

## Controls and limits

Read the saved proposal and revision before approval. Approval records the plan decision; it does not execute tasks. Existing odyssey_* tool names remain the Passage API.

## Example intent

Create a restricted draft project for preparing a team onboarding checklist. Generate a proposed plan and show its saved revision. Leave it unapproved and do not execute tasks.

- Create a token under Personal MCP Access. The raw token is shown once. Revoke it in the same settings when no longer needed.
- Your account permissions and product access continue to apply. External provider OAuth consent remains a separate setup step.
- Call `robbclan_list_workflows` for the workflow map and use MCP `tools/list` for current tool schemas. A listed tool does not guarantee that your account can execute every operation.
- `robbclan_connection_health` is an optional tenant-admin diagnostic, not a general first-use requirement.

## Approval contract

Show the current saved proposal, obtain explicit user approval, call the designated approval tool, then read back the result. If the saved revision changes, review it again. Approval tools record the authenticated caller's decision; the agent client must obtain human consent and enforce its tool-approval policies.
