## Access

An authorized internal staff account and access to the selected workflow sources and actions are required.

## Controls and limits

Current authoring uses the supported selected-thread commitments template, not arbitrary executable steps. Inspect the saved definition before publishing or starting it. Publication does not bypass approvals required by individual actions.

## Example intent

Draft a selected-thread commitments workflow using the supported template and a project and Slack thread I select. Show its fixed steps, required permissions, and limitations. Do not publish, schedule, start, or send anything.

- Create a token under Personal MCP Access. The raw token is shown once. Revoke it in the same settings when no longer needed.
- Your account permissions and product access continue to apply. External provider OAuth consent remains a separate setup step.
- Call `robbclan_list_workflows` for the workflow map and use MCP `tools/list` for current tool schemas. A listed tool does not guarantee that your account can execute every operation.
- `robbclan_connection_health` is an optional tenant-admin diagnostic, not a general first-use requirement.

## Approval contract

Show the current saved proposal, obtain explicit user approval, call the designated approval tool, then read back the result. If the saved revision changes, review it again. Approval tools record the authenticated caller's decision; the agent client must obtain human consent and enforce its tool-approval policies.
