Create employee onboarding training with your AI agent

Turn a role description and approved resources into a proposed learning path, then develop courses through human review.

Access

Service-agent enrollment: supported with learning_drafts.

Inputs

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Provide the role, source material and desired learning outcomes. Use tools/list to confirm your granted schemas.
  2. Call create_learning_path to start a proposed learning path. Save the returned role_id and poll get_role_status.
  3. Present the saved learning path for human review. Stop before approval. Enrolled service agents cannot approve it.
  4. After a human approves in the platform, subsequent outline/content stages follow their own review gates and account permissions.

Tools

Example call

Illustrative JSON. Replace example IDs with authorized saved values before calling any tool.

    "role_prompt": "Draft a staged onboarding learning path for a support engineer. Cover product fundamentals, troubleshooting practice and peer reflection. Present the saved path for review.",

  }
}

Expected result

Review and approval

Learning path, course outlines and content are reviewed at their required stages. Publishing requires its own authorization. Enrolled service drafts retain human review even when global quality checks pass.

Cost and limits

Platform generation can incur model usage and consumes tenant learning quotas. The external agent runtime may have its own model costs.

Check current enrollment plans and availability. Existing account agreements and required integrations also apply.

Recovery

If generation times out, poll get_role_status using the saved role_id before creating another path. Ask the owner to resolve unavailable routes or quota limits.
